We confirm CHIC specifically before the transfer and note it on the driver's sheet. The drive from PUJ takes 20 to 30 minutes on the main highway, then the shared Royalton access road before the internal lane peels off to the CHIC lobby, which has its own reception separate from Splash. Adults-only bookings are common for couples' trips here, and we treat the drop-off the same as any other Bávaro property — no exceptions at the door.
