The property has a single guarded entrance and one reception, so there is no lobby-matching issue here, but the entrance sits a short way off the main highway on its own access road, and the booking name is worth sending ahead so the guard clears the vehicle without a phone call at the barrier. The drive from PUJ takes 20 to 30 minutes, almost entirely on the Bávaro highway, with the last couple of minutes on the resort's own road to the main reception.
