Without it, a driver can end up circling the complex looking for the right building. We put the full Fantasy name on the booking sheet in advance and confirm it in writing, so the driver takes the correct internal turn straight to the Fantasy lobby rather than defaulting to the main Bahia Principe Bavaro reception nearby. The drive from PUJ is 25 to 35 minutes, running through the Bávaro corridor before reaching the Arena Gorda side where this complex sits. Families are common on this route, so send the luggage and car seat count with the booking.
