The Bahía Príncipe complex on the Bávaro–Arena Gorda border is effectively a small town: Grand Bávaro, Luxury Ambar, Fantasia and the neighbouring Bahía Príncipe hotels share one guarded entrance, an internal road network and even a shuttle. We default to the Grand and Luxury Bávaro–Arena Gorda gate and price this as the $42 Standard, $89 VIP zone. What we need from you is the exact hotel inside the complex, because the internal distances are long enough that the wrong reception means a real transfer problem with luggage, not a short walk. Give us the name with the booking and the driver takes the correct internal turn after the guard checks you in. The run from the airport is 25 to 35 minutes, direct, in a private vehicle with no other stops, however late the flight lands.

How the pickup works

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $42. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
