Keep airport assistance separate
Immigration, baggage collection and customs remain part of your arrival. Booking a VIP road vehicle does not by itself include fast track, airport escort, a lounge or priority treatment by airport authorities. Confirm any separate airport product with its own provider.
Give the arrival flight and travel date, then follow the transfer meeting instructions issued for your booking. If the flight changes or baggage takes longer than expected, contact dispatch. Do not treat a VIP booking as an unlimited waiting or delay-handling guarantee.
Compare the full journey, not the label
Compare Standard and VIP for the same destination, passengers and luggage. Ask for the complete fare and any separately requested additions. The useful difference is the confirmed road arrangement, not an invented saving in airport queues.
For the return, confirm the flight, hotel, equipment and category again. Ask about mobility requirements specifically; a higher-priced category does not establish accessible boarding or assistance.
