The honest capacity table
Seat counts assume one standard suitcase and one carry-on per person. If your party travels heavy, or carries golf bags, strollers, car seats, surfboards, diving gear or musical instruments, drop the usable passenger count by roughly two per oversized item and tell us in advance.
- SUV or minivan — 1 to 6 passengers, 6 suitcases. The default for couples and families.
- Passenger van — 7 to 14 passengers, 14 suitcases. Adds $20 Standard / $40 VIP on local zones.
- Luxury SUV (VIP) — 1 to 6 passengers with genuinely comfortable luggage space on long routes.
- Executive Sprinter (VIP) — 7 to 14 passengers, standing-height cabin, the best option above 90 minutes.
- Multiple vehicles — 15 passengers and up, dispatched together so the group arrives as one.
Common mis-sizing we see every week
Six adults with six large cases in a standard SUV. It fits, but only just, and nobody enjoys it on the Uvero Alto run. Take the van or the luxury SUV.
A family of four with a full pram and two car seats in a standard SUV. The car seats take the back row and the pram takes the boot; a minivan solves it at the same zone rate.
Eight golfers with clubs in a 14-seat van. The clubs fill the luggage bay and two passengers end up with bags on their laps for 40 minutes. Two SUVs or a Sprinter is the right call.
A group of twelve arriving on three different flights in one van. The van cannot be in three places; we dispatch per flight instead.
What every vehicle includes
Air conditioning, bottled water, a licensed and insured driver, flight tracking and free waiting on arrivals. Car seats and boosters are free on request in any vehicle class. Every vehicle is priced per vehicle, one-way, taxes included.

- How many suitcases fit in the standard SUV?
- Six standard suitcases with six passengers, assuming one large case and one carry-on each. Add a stroller, golf bag or car seat and the practical limit drops — tell us and we size up at no extra cost where the zone rate allows.
- What does the 7–14 passenger van cost?
- The zone rate plus $20 on Standard or $40 on VIP for local zones. It is a fixed surcharge per vehicle, never a per-person charge.
- Can you carry golf clubs, surfboards or a wheelchair?
- Yes, all of them, but say so when booking so the right vehicle is dispatched. Folding wheelchairs travel in any class; we also arrange accessible vehicles on request.
- Do children need their own seat in the count?
- For seating and safety yes, including infants in carriers. For pricing no — the rate is per vehicle regardless of who is in it.
