Requested child seats cost $5 per seat per leg. Confirm the quantity for arrival and return separately. Child-seat charges are added outside any round-trip transport discount; request a written total with those additions clearly identified.
Count pushchairs and family luggage
Say whether your pushchair folds and provide its folded size if it is bulky. Include travel cots, large suitcases and any equipment you bring from home. Several children plus their seats can change the usable vehicle arrangement.
If you bring your own child seat, tell the provider and ask about the proposed installation arrangement. Do not assume that the vehicle category alone confirms every seat, passenger and bag will fit together. Have the complete plan confirmed before travel.
Keep the arrival and return practical
Send the flight, exact accommodation and a reachable adult contact. Read the confirmed meeting instructions before flying so you know whom to contact about missing bags or an unclear pickup point.
For the return, confirm the hotel collection location and time, and have the family and packed equipment ready for that appointment. If your accommodation or equipment changes during the stay, update the provider rather than relying on the original arrival description.
