How the Higüey pickup runs
- 1Send the flight arriving at PUJ, its local arrival date and a contact that will work during the trip.
- 2Identify the complete property and include all passengers, child seats, suitcases and equipment.
- 3Obtain written acceptance of the vehicle arrangement, fare and airport meeting instructions.
- 4Tell dispatch about flight changes or delays after landing; agree the onward drop-off with the accommodation.
Hotels, villas and drop-off points
Use the full property name and section from the reservation. A directory entry helps identify the destination; it does not establish an authorised entrance or accepted booking.
Ask the property or host to confirm the permitted vehicle entrance, arrival building and any access registration. Share those instructions with dispatch and confirm the agreed drop-off. A fare-area label does not establish permission to enter a resort or community.
Bigger groups
Give the full passenger and luggage list, including children, child seats and bulky items. A passenger range does not guarantee space for every load. Request the vehicle arrangement and complete quote; do not assume that equipment, extra stops or additional vehicles are included.

PUJ airport arrival transfer to Higüey / Verón — questions we get daily
- Does a hotel brand identify the correct arrival destination?
- Not always. Use the complete name, section and address from your reservation. Properties with similar branding can belong to different fare areas or require different entrances.
- Is landing time the same as vehicle departure time?
- No. Airport procedures, baggage and any assistance affect when you are ready. Keep the booking contact informed and agree the applicable meeting and waiting arrangements.
- Where should I plan the hotel-to-airport journey?
- Use the departure page for hotel collection and the round-trip page to coordinate both airport legs. An arrival quote alone does not confirm a return pickup.
