Use the flight that lands at PUJ, its local arrival date and the full accommodation name. A connecting flight departing your home airport is not enough to identify the airport collection.

Use the hotel name on your reservation. For a villa or apartment, include the address, community and access instructions. Our transfer zones are fare groups for our service, not official administrative boundaries. Confirm an uncertain match before accepting a quote.
Compare the transport arrangements you actually need
Check whether your holiday already includes transport and which journeys it covers. If arranging an independent transfer, confirm the route, passengers, complete luggage load, vehicle arrangement, payment and total fare in writing. Extra stops and equipment need their own agreement.
Compare Standard and VIP using the confirmed vehicle features. VIP road transport does not by itself include airport assistance, fast track or lounge access. Mobility needs and child seats require explicit confirmation; a category name does not establish that every item or requirement fits.
Verify the meeting and plan the return separately
Save your provider’s contact and meeting instructions before flying. Verify uncertain pickup details through that contact rather than relying on an unsolicited claim at arrivals. Tell the provider your terminal and position if you cannot find the agreed meeting point.
For departure, confirm your final accommodation, flight leaving PUJ, local departure date, hotel pickup time and meeting location. Flight departure time is not pickup time. Agree the collection against the actual route, airline requirements and any separately booked airport service.
