Choose a journey for your party
Give the complete hotel name, including any section or former name. For a villa, provide the address and location pin. A resort brand or broad area may not identify the correct arrival point.
Include every adult and child, normal bags and bulky items in the enquiry. A private vehicle still has practical limits. Ask for the proposed vehicle arrangement and agreed stops, especially when your party is staying at more than one property.
Know what confirms your booking
Send the arrival flight number, travel date and a reachable contact number. Written confirmation should identify the accepted journey, destination, vehicle arrangement, fare and meeting instructions. A form submission or unanswered message is an enquiry, not an accepted booking.
Read the pickup instructions issued for your booking and keep the contact details available. If your flight changes, baggage is missing or you cannot find the meeting point, contact dispatch. Flight information alone does not explain every delay after landing.
Check the whole quote
Compare prices using the same route, service category, passengers and luggage. A zone rate is a useful starting point; confirm the final amount for your actual request, including any requested child seats or additional stops.
For a return, provide both journeys and request the complete quote. Choose the arrangement that fits your trip; private transfers need not have identical vehicles or inclusions.

- A private booking is for your own party. Confirm the passengers and any hotel stops in the accepted itinerary; several people from your group may still need different destinations.
- Does sending the booking form confirm the transfer?
- No. Treat the transfer as booked when the journey and fare have been accepted in writing. Check that the confirmation reflects your flight, accommodation, passengers and luggage.
