What to send in the first message
With these five details we can answer with a final price and a pickup plan in one reply, without a back-and-forth:
- Arrival date and flight number (or departure date and flight for a return)
- Hotel, resort or villa name — with the community name if it is a villa
- Number of passengers, and the ages of any children who need seats
- Standard or VIP, one-way or round-trip
- The full name you want printed on the pickup sign
When you get an answer
WhatsApp messages are answered through the day and into the evening, and overnight when a tracked flight is landing. If you write while the desk is asleep, the reply is waiting when you wake up.
Nothing is charged to hold a booking. Your confirmation is the WhatsApp message with the written price, the vehicle class and the pickup time in it.
Where we are
Dispatch and the vehicles are based in Punta Cana, La Altagracia. We work the corridor between Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ) and the resort zones along this coast, from Cap Cana and Bávaro out to Uvero Alto, Macao, Miches, Bayahibe and beyond.
This is a transfer desk, not a walk-in shop — there is no airport counter to queue at. Your driver comes to the arrivals hall or to your lobby at the agreed time.
