Privacy policy
Short version: we use your WhatsApp number and flight number to get a driver in front of you, and then we stop using them. Nothing is sold. Last updated August 2026.
Who operates this site
PUJ Airport Transfer is operated by A&M Caribbean Group SRL, a transport company based in Punta Cana, La Altagracia, Dominican Republic. The same team runs the excursion brand cana.tours. You reach the dispatch desk on WhatsApp at +1 849 377 5889 or by email at info@pujairporttransfer.com.
What we collect
Only what a driver needs to meet you: your name, your WhatsApp number or email, your flight number and arrival time, your hotel or address, the number of passengers, and any note you send us (child seat, extra luggage, a second stop).
We do not ask for passport numbers, card numbers or dates of birth. There is no prepayment on this site, so no payment data is captured here at all — you pay the driver at the end of the ride or send a bank transfer directly if you asked for an invoice.
Why we use it
Your contact details are used to confirm the fixed zone price in writing, to answer your questions, and to send the driver name, vehicle and plate before pickup.
Your flight number is used to track the flight so the driver is in arrivals when you actually land instead of when you were scheduled to. That is the only reason we hold it.
Who sees it
The dispatcher handling your booking and the driver assigned to your vehicle. Nobody else. For a Cap Cana hotel we pass the lead guest name to the gate checkpoint because the community requires it to let the vehicle in.
We do not sell, rent or trade passenger lists. We do not hand your details to hotels, tour desks, marketing partners or advertising networks. There is no affiliate pixel on this site.
How long we keep it
Flight numbers and pickup details are working data for dispatch. Once your transfer is completed they are no longer needed and are deleted in routine cleanups of the dispatch board.
The WhatsApp conversation stays in the phone's chat history as your own written record of the quoted price, the same as any WhatsApp thread. Ask us to delete a thread and we will.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking pixels. There is nothing to consent to, so we do not show a consent banner — putting up a banner for cookies we do not set would be theatre.
Your browser stores the usual technical basics needed to load a web page. If we ever add analytics, this page changes first and a consent notice goes up with it.
Your requests
Write to info@pujairporttransfer.com or message +1 849 377 5889 to see what we hold about a booking, correct it, or have it deleted. A booking that has not happened yet still needs the pickup details, so a deletion request before the ride is treated as a cancellation.
