What to send the dispatch desk

Send the full name of the property you are leaving and the one receiving you. Similar brands can be in different zones — Secrets Cap Cana and Secrets Royal Beach are not near each other. Add the date, preferred time, passengers, cases, stroller, wheelchair or golf bag.

For a villa or apartment, also send the map pin, community, unit, host contact and gate instructions. The desk checks the real route before quoting rather than treating every Punta Cana address as the same trip.

Lobby pickup, gates and large resorts

At a resort, meet at the main lobby ten minutes early with luggage ready. At a large property, confirm whether your reservation uses the main lobby, family-club lobby or a separate adults-only reception.

Cap Cana, Cocotal and other gated communities may require the guest name, villa number or host approval. Send those details beforehand; if outside vehicles cannot enter, dispatch confirms a staffed meeting point.

The checkout-to-check-in gap

Most rooms close at 11:00 or 12:00 and the next may not open until 15:00. Let the first hotel store your bags until pickup, or ask the second to receive them before the room is ready.

Luggage, stops and the right vehicle

Passenger count alone does not select the car. Send the real luggage count so the SUV, minivan or van fits everything. Declare strollers, wheelchairs, golf clubs and sports equipment. Groups of seven to fourteen normally use a van.

A normal booking travels directly between the two properties. Collecting friends at another resort or adding a long stop changes the route, so list every pickup and drop-off before the written quote.

How the fixed quote works

Hotel-to-hotel rides are quoted from the actual origin, destination, vehicle and agreed stops. Published airport-zone prices are useful references, but they are not added together and do not automatically become the resort-change price.

The WhatsApp total is fixed for that itinerary, per vehicle rather than per passenger, with taxes and normal road tolls included. No prepayment is required; pay the driver in cash or by card at drop-off.

How to book

Book when both properties and the moving date are known, especially at Christmas, New Year and Easter. The pickup time can be adjusted after the hotels confirm checkout and check-in.
