Record both flights and both dates
Use the flight number for the aircraft arriving at PUJ and the flight number departing from PUJ. Include the local arrival date and the local departure date. A return date alone does not establish which flight you need to catch.
Around midnight, check the date on the flight itinerary rather than the evening you leave home or the hotel. Resolve any mismatch before accepting the confirmation.
Name the hotel for each leg
If you stay at different hotels, give the arrival destination and the final departure property separately. Do not let the first hotel remain the assumed return pickup. Confirm that the quote covers the actual two routes.
Hotel-to-hotel travel is another journey unless explicitly included. Agree the return pickup location and time for your flight and equipment needs. Flight departure time is not hotel pickup time.
Separate transport pricing from child seats
Ask for a written total identifying both airport legs, the service category and all passengers and luggage. If a round-trip transport discount applies, it does not automatically apply to every addition in the booking.
Requested child seats cost $5 per seat per leg. Seat charges are added separately from the transport discount. Check the number of seats on each journey and update the booking if passengers, flights or accommodation change.

- Can the arrival and return use different hotels?
- Request the actual hotel for each leg and have both routes confirmed. Different destinations must not be silently treated as a same-hotel return, and hotel-to-hotel travel needs its own arrangement.
- Does a round-trip discount also reduce child-seat charges?
- Child-seat charges are separate: $5 per seat per leg. Ask for the transport total and seat total to be shown clearly in the written quote.
