Where Hard Rock sits and where we stop

Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana sits at the northern end of the Bávaro strip, set back from the beach behind its own long internal road — once the car passes the security post there are still a couple of minutes of driving before anyone gets out. That is why we ask which door you actually want: the main lobby is the default, but guests arriving for a group block, a wedding or an event are often better dropped at the convention entrance instead. Tell us on WhatsApp which one you want and the driver goes straight there rather than circling the complex with your luggage in the back. The gate takes your name from the booking, so nothing is negotiated at the barrier.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive to the Hard Rock security post, then on to the main lobby or the convention entrance you named.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
