Where Paradisus Palma Real sits and where we stop

Paradisus Palma Real sits on the Bávaro beachfront behind its own gated entrance, shared with The Reserve section of the property. That gate is not the same access as the El Cortecito beach town a short distance away, where the public streets and shops are — arriving guests are sometimes dropped in the town and left to find the resort themselves. Your driver takes the Palma Real gate, clears the barrier with the name from your booking, and stops at the lobby you are checking into: Palma Real or The Reserve, whichever you tell us. Both are the same 20 to 30 minute run from PUJ and the same Bávaro zone rate for the vehicle.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive to the Palma Real gate and drop-off at the Paradisus Palma Real lobby.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
