Send the full name from your current reservation and mention any older name still shown on your travel documents. Paradisus Palma Real is a different hotel; the word Paradisus alone does not identify your reception. We use our Bávaro pricing zone. Agree the arrival reception and return meeting point with dispatch before travel rather than assuming that all Meliá properties share one check-in desk.
