Barceló Bávaro Palace is part of the large Barceló complex on the Bávaro beachfront, and that is exactly where arrivals go wrong: the complex has more than one door, and Palace is not the same check-in as the neighbouring Barceló property. We default to the Palace lobby and we confirm it back to you in writing before the day, because a driver who guesses leaves you walking the internal road with suitcases. If your reservation is at the sister hotel instead, write the exact name in the WhatsApp message and we adjust the drop-off — the price does not change, only the door. The whole run from PUJ is 20 to 30 minutes.

How the pickup works

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
