Because of that, the single most useful thing you can send us is the exact hotel name — Selection Bávaro, Grand, or one of the neighbours — since "Iberostar" on its own describes a group of lobbies, not one. With the full name in the booking the driver goes past the shared entrance and stops at your check-in door, luggage included. The drive from PUJ is 20 to 30 minutes on the main road, and the fare is the standard Bávaro zone rate for the whole vehicle rather than per person.

How the pickup works

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
