Where Iberostar Punta Cana sits and where we stop

Iberostar Punta Cana is the twin property next to Iberostar Dominicana, both reached through the same guarded entrance on the Bávaro strip. Guests are sometimes surprised there are two separate lobbies behind one gate — the booking confirmation almost never spells that out — so we confirm which of the two you are staying at before the transfer and pass that name to the guard in advance. Without it, a driver can be waved toward the wrong reception and lose several minutes doubling back on the internal road. The run from PUJ takes 20 to 30 minutes on the main Bávaro highway, then the short shared access road to the Punta Cana lobby, which has its own separate check-in desk from Dominicana next door.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive to the shared Iberostar entrance and drop-off at the Punta Cana lobby.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
