Where Majestic Elegance sits and where we stop

Majestic Elegance sits on the northern part of the Bávaro beach road, next door to its sister properties Majestic Mirage and Majestic Colonial. The three share a stretch of the same access area and their lobbies are distinct — guests regularly get dropped at the wrong one because a driver only heard the word "Majestic". Our default is the Elegance lobby, and we hold that unless you name the sister hotel in your WhatsApp message, in which case we simply change the door. Nothing about the fare moves: it is the Bávaro zone rate either way, per vehicle, and the run from PUJ is 20 to 30 minutes with a short internal approach at the end.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive up the Bávaro beach road and drop-off at the Majestic Elegance lobby.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
