Royalton Bávaro and Royalton CHIC Punta Cana are different hotels. Royalton CHIC is in Uvero Alto, not another reception inside the Royalton Bávaro complex. Royalton Splash is also a separate booking name. Copy the complete property name from your reservation and send it on WhatsApp so we can confirm the destination, price zone and reception before assigning the vehicle. For Royalton Bávaro, our estimated driving time from PUJ is 20–30 minutes, excluding immigration, baggage collection and traffic delays. The driver meets you after customs with your name sign; send your flight number so pickup follows the actual landing time.

How the pickup works

3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct transfer to Royalton Bávaro Resort & Spa; allow approximately 20–30 minutes, depending on traffic.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
