Where Iberostar Grand Bávaro sits and where we stop

Iberostar Grand Bávaro is the adults-only, suites-only property on the Iberostar Bávaro complex, and it has its own driveway rather than sharing the busy main receptions. Cars still clear the one Iberostar security gate off the Bávaro hotel road, where the guard checks the guest name, then turn off before the Coral and Dominicana lobbies towards the Grand's covered entrance. Because the Grand handles arrivals individually rather than in coach batches, a private car pulling up at the correct door means check-in starts immediately instead of after a walk across the complex. We flag the Grand by name on the driver sheet for exactly that reason. From PUJ the trip is 20 to 30 minutes on the Bávaro rate — $35 Standard or $79 VIP, per vehicle, taxes included.

How the pickup works

2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive to the Iberostar Bávaro gate and on to the Iberostar Grand Bávaro adults-only entrance.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
