The two legs, explained

The arrival leg is a cross-country drive, not a transfer up the strip. We track your flight, meet you in the arrivals hall with a printed name sign, and take the Coral highway west. Two and a half to three hours later you are at your Zona Colonial hotel, a Malecón address, or the departures curb at Las Américas (SDQ) if you are connecting.

For the return we recommend leaving Santo Domingo 5 to 5.5 hours before your flight from PUJ. City traffic on the way out is the variable nobody plans for, and it can add an hour before you even reach the highway. The driver arrives early at the hotel, we confirm the pickup time in writing the day before, and there is no surcharge for a pre-dawn start.
