Paradisus Punta Cana Resort sits on the Bávaro beachfront next to the Meliá cluster, and the recurring mistake is confusing it with Paradisus Palma Real just down the same road. They are separate resorts with separate gates and separate reception desks, so we always confirm which Paradisus your booking names before the driver leaves. Once that is settled the run is simple: highway from PUJ, then the Bávaro hotel road to the Paradisus Punta Cana guarded entrance, where the guard checks the booking name and the car continues to the main reception canopy. Reserve or Royal Service guests check in at a dedicated desk inside the same building, so nothing changes for the drop-off point. From PUJ it is 20 to 30 minutes at the Bávaro rate of $35 Standard or $79 VIP.

How the pickup works

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
