Where Golden Bear Lodge sits and where we stop

Golden Bear Lodge is apartment-style lodging beside the golf course inside Cap Cana, and it behaves like a residence rather than a hotel on arrival. There is no single lobby where every guest checks in; the building and unit number decide where the car stops, and the community gate wants that destination as well as your name. Send both on WhatsApp when you book and the whole arrival is one stop at the gate and one at your door. Golf bags are the other regular question — two players with clubs and cases fit a standard car, four do not, so tell us and we send the van. The drive is 10 to 15 minutes.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 10–15 minute drive to the Cap Cana gate, then to the Golden Bear Lodge building and unit you gave us.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
