Bella Vida Hotel lists its address on Calle Aruba in the Bavaro / Los Corales area. We assign it to our Bavaro transfer zone. Copy Bella Vida Hotel and the street address from your reservation so dispatch can distinguish the hotel from similarly named villas or apartments. Confirm the vehicle entrance before travelling; a beach access or restaurant nearby is not automatically the hotel drop-off point. Include the arriving flight, passenger count and luggage in the enquiry. If you also need a return transfer, provide the departing flight and agree the collection date, time and street meeting point in writing.

How the pickup works

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
