Where Hideaway at Royalton sits and where we stop

Hideaway is the adults-only section inside the Royalton Punta Cana grounds, and it has its own check-in rather than sharing the main lobby. Arrive at the wrong desk and you register twice, or worse, queue behind a full charter bus before being redirected. We mark Hideaway on the driver's sheet so the car continues past the main entrance to the correct building. The drive is the standard Bávaro run of 20 to 30 minutes, with a short internal stretch after the security post at the end.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive to the Royalton security post, then on to the Hideaway adults-only check-in.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
