Hilton Garden Inn Punta Cana is not an all-inclusive behind a gate — it sits on the town side of Bávaro, which changes the arrival in two ways. The last few minutes are ordinary streets with parked cars rather than a landscaped resort road, and the entrance is easy to drive past at night if the driver does not know it. Business travellers and one-night layover guests make up most of the bookings here, so we also keep the return short: the hotel is close enough to the highway that the airport buffer is smaller than a Bávaro beach resort would need. Arriving, allow 20 to 30 minutes from the terminal.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive to the town side of Bávaro and drop-off at the hotel entrance.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
