Four Points by Sheraton Puntacana Village sits inside Punta Cana Village, the small grid of streets next to the airport rather than a gated resort estate. That distinction matters for pickup: there is no single shared checkpoint controlling every property here, so the driver does not stop at a barrier and register a name — he drives straight to the hotel's own street entrance off the Village road. The run is 5 to 10 minutes, the shortest on our books, and almost all of it is inside the Village grid rather than the highway. The one thing worth flagging with your booking is a late-evening arrival: some Village streets are quieter after dark than a resort driveway, so we confirm the entrance and street name in writing before pickup rather than relying on a generic "Village" address.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 5–10 minute drive through Punta Cana Village to the Four Points by Sheraton street entrance.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $29. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
