Where Tortuga Bay sits and where we stop

Tortuga Bay is the small villa property inside Puntacana Resort & Club, and it is the one address on this zone that genuinely needs preparation. There is no large signed hotel frontage: the villas sit on private lanes behind the marina and golf side of the estate, reached through a guarded entrance where the guest name is checked. Without the exact villa or the reception name on the driver's sheet, arrivals turn into a slow loop of identical lanes. We take the property name with the booking, register it at the post and stop at the Tortuga Bay reception, or at your villa if you give us the number. The run from PUJ is 10 to 15 minutes plus the internal stretch, and the rate is the $29 Village figure, not a Bávaro or Cap Cana one.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 10–15 minute drive to the estate gate, then the internal lanes to Tortuga Bay reception.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $29. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
