Where Eden Roc sits and where we stop

Eden Roc Cap Cana is a small luxury property on the golf and marina side of the enclave, and its scale is exactly why arrivals need preparation: there is no large signposted resort frontage to aim at, and the surrounding streets serve villas, the marina and the golf clubhouse. We ask for a map pin or the exact entrance name with the booking, so the driver takes the correct internal turn instead of circling the marina roads with your luggage. Guests sometimes confuse it with the marina hotels and restaurants nearby that share the same access streets. Gate registration at the main Cap Cana post is standard — the guard reads the guest name and property from the booking we hold. The drive from PUJ is 10 to 15 minutes plus the internal stretch.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 10–15 minute drive to the Cap Cana gate, then on to the Eden Roc entrance you pinned.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $29. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
