Sanctuary Cap Cana sits deeper inside the enclave than the Hyatt or Secrets properties, so the clock does not stop at the main gate: there are extra minutes of internal driving on private roads once the barrier lifts, and that stretch surprises guests who expected to be at the door immediately. Some buildings and the villa-style units also work from a guest list rather than a single central check-in, which means the driver may be directed to a specific entrance instead of the main lobby. Sending your building or unit with the booking avoids the loop back. Registration at the main post is the usual Cap Cana routine — the name and property come off the booking we already hold. From PUJ the highway portion is 10 to 15 minutes, with the internal drive on top of that.

How the pickup works

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $29. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
