Hyatt Zilara Cap Cana is the adults-only sister of Hyatt Ziva, and the two share the same entrance road inside the Cap Cana enclave. The wrong lobby is the single most common error on this route: a driver who is only told "Hyatt" defaults to the larger family check-in and the guest is then walked or re-driven to the adults-only side. We confirm the Zilara door in writing before the day, so the car stops once. Gate registration follows the standard Cap Cana pattern — the guard reads the name and property from the booking we already hold and lifts the barrier, with nothing paid at the post. The drive from PUJ is 10 to 15 minutes; the pair of lobbies sit within a minute of each other, so getting the door right matters more than the distance.

How the pickup works

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $29. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
