Where Secrets Cap Cana sits and where we stop

Secrets Cap Cana Resort & Spa sits inside the Cap Cana enclave behind its own gate, a short run past the main entrance. The confusion on this one is not the door but the brand: Secrets Royal Beach is a different property in Bávaro, on the other side of the highway and on the $35 Bávaro rate, and guests regularly send us one name while holding a reservation for the other. Writing the full property name on WhatsApp settles it before the car is assigned, because the price and the route both change. Once that is clear the arrival is routine — the main Cap Cana post takes the guest name from the booking, the resort's own gate does the same, and the driver stops at the Secrets Cap Cana lobby. From PUJ the drive is 10 to 15 minutes.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 10–15 minute drive through the Cap Cana gate and on to the Secrets Cap Cana lobby.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $29. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
