Where Dreams Cap Cana sits and where we stop

Dreams Cap Cana Resort & Spa is inside the Cap Cana enclave, reached through the main security post and a short internal road. The name is the trap here: Dreams Flora and Dreams Royal Beach are separate properties on the Bávaro side, priced and routed differently, and a booking confirmation that just says "Dreams" tells the driver nothing. We ask for the full property name in the WhatsApp message and confirm it back in writing, so nobody arrives at the right brand in the wrong resort area. Gate registration itself is standard — the guard matches the guest name and property against the booking we hold and opens the barrier, with nothing settled at the post. The run from PUJ is 10 to 15 minutes, and the drop-off is the Dreams Cap Cana main lobby unless you name another entrance.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 10–15 minute drive through the Cap Cana gate and on to the Dreams Cap Cana lobby.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $29. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
