VIK hotel Cayena Beach appears as its own hotel in the operator's Punta Cana portfolio, alongside VIK hotel Arena Blanca. Both use the Playa de Bávaro destination label, but your full reservation name is still needed for a transfer. Send the Cayena Beach confirmation and agree the arrival reception before leaving PUJ. We use our Bávaro service price zone. If your travel documents mention access to another hotel's facilities, that does not establish where you should check in. For departure, confirm the meeting point and pickup time against your actual flight rather than choosing another VIK hotel by brand alone.

How the pickup works

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
