Hilton La Romana is split into an adults-only section and a family section, but both share one entrance and one guard post, so the section name is the detail that decides where the car actually stops. The run from PUJ is 60 to 75 minutes west on the Coral highway past Higüey, and once the car reaches the single entrance the guard checks the booking name before directing it to the correct reception. Without that section named in advance, a driver can be sent to the wrong lobby and have to backtrack across the property. We confirm which section you are booked into before the pickup day and pass that name to the driver, and because this is a private car rather than a shared shuttle, the drive is direct with no stops at other Bayahibe or Dominicus resorts along the way.

How the pickup works

2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 60–75 minute drive west on the Coral highway, past Higüey, to the shared Hilton La Romana entrance and your section's reception.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $110. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
