Keep Santo Domingo in the hotel name when arranging a PUJ transfer: a Barceló resort in Bávaro would involve a different destination. El Embajador, a Royal Hideaway Hotel is also a separate property despite its connection with the Barceló group. Our Santo Domingo fare zone is a pricing classification for this journey. Send the accommodation confirmation, luggage details and arrival flight together, then agree the intended hotel entrance.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send the flight arriving at PUJ, travel date, full hotel name, passenger count and luggage details.
2. 2Confirm the destination, vehicle, written fare and airport meeting instructions before travelling.
3. 3After arrival formalities, follow the confirmed name-sign meeting instructions; contact dispatch if you cannot find the driver.
4. 4Travel to the agreed Barceló Santo Domingo entrance.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $250. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
