Caribe Deluxe Princess is part of the Princess group of hotels set back from the Bávaro beach behind a shared entrance, and guests regularly get dropped at the wrong one because the signage lists them together. We write the exact hotel on the driver's sheet and confirm it back to you in the WhatsApp thread, which is enough to avoid a five-minute walk between receptions with luggage. Families booked here often arrive on late European flights; because we track the flight, a 1 a.m. landing simply means the driver is already in the hall when you clear customs. Expect 20 to 30 minutes from the terminal.

How the pickup works

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
