Where Tropical Deluxe Princess sits and where we stop

Tropical Deluxe Princess shares its gate and internal road with the other Princess hotels in Bávaro, and the receptions sit within a few hundred metres of each other. That closeness is convenient once you are settled and annoying on arrival night, which is why we set the exact reception in advance instead of letting the driver read the sign at the barrier. Guests with an early check-in or a room already assigned can say so on WhatsApp; it does not change the drive, but it does change which door we aim for. The transfer itself is the standard Bávaro run of 20 to 30 minutes on the main highway.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive to the Princess complex entrance, then on to the Tropical Deluxe reception.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
