Where Royalton Punta Cana sits and where we stop

Royalton Punta Cana Resort & Casino is the beachfront Royalton property at Playa Arena Gorda, on Carretera Macao. Its official site describes Royalton Splash Punta Cana as a neighbouring resort; the two names should not be treated as interchangeable hotel reservations. Royalton Bavaro and Royalton CHIC Punta Cana are also separate destinations. We retain our existing Bávaro fare grouping for Royalton Punta Cana, consistent with the site's Royalton Splash tariff; the fare label is our service grouping rather than a claim about official district boundaries. Send the complete hotel name and any Hideaway or other section wording on your reservation. Confirm the appropriate arrival point and the return pickup location before travelling from PUJ.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send the flight arriving at PUJ, travel date, full hotel name, passenger count and luggage details.
2. 2Confirm the destination, vehicle, written fare and airport meeting instructions before travelling.
3. 3After arrival formalities, follow the confirmed name-sign meeting instructions; contact dispatch if you cannot find the driver.
4. 4Continue to Royalton Punta Cana and the arrival point confirmed for the property or section on your reservation.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
