Where Cocotal sits and how access works

Cocotal Golf & Country Club is a large gated residential community behind the Bávaro strip, 20 to 30 minutes from PUJ, with apartment blocks and private villas spread along the golf course. Access is the whole story here: the security post at the entrance passes a vehicle only when the guest name is on the owner's list, so we need the booking name exactly as your host registered it, plus the block or villa number. Inside, the internal roads loop around the fairways and the blocks look alike, which is where unprepared arrivals lose fifteen minutes. Send the host's gate instruction with the booking and we register it in advance. Cocotal is quoted at the Bávaro rate; if your host describes the address as being on the Arena Gorda side, confirm the community on WhatsApp and we check the rate before you book.

How the pickup works

2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive to the Cocotal security post, then along the internal roads to your block or villa door.

What we need from you

A villa or apartment is not a hotel lobby, so four details make the difference between a smooth arrival and a slow one:

• The community name exactly as your host writes it.
• The house, villa or apartment number.
• Any gate instruction, guard-list name or access code your host gave you.
• Whether the final lane is car-accessible or golf-cart only.
