Where Juanillo sits and how access works

Juanillo sits at the far beach end of Cap Cana, 10 to 15 minutes from PUJ plus the internal run, and the villas there share the Cap Cana access rules: the checkpoint guard passes a vehicle only against a registered guest name, and the Juanillo road then continues past the beach club to the residence lanes. Rental villas here are often managed remotely, so the person handing over the key may be a manager arriving separately — tell us the name and number and we time the drop-off with them instead of leaving you at a locked door. Send the villa number, the registration name and any gate code with the booking. If your lane is golf-cart access only, we stop at the nearest car point and your host meets you there, which is common at the beach end of the community.

How the pickup works

A villa or apartment is not a hotel lobby, so four details make the difference between a smooth arrival and a slow one:

• The community name exactly as your host writes it.
• The house, villa or apartment number.
• Any gate instruction, guard-list name or access code your host gave you.
• Whether the final lane is car-accessible or golf-cart only.
