Where St. Regis Cap Cana sits and where we stop

The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort sits inside the gated Cap Cana development, so the drive from PUJ has two clear stages: the highway approach, then the enclave itself. Every car heading here clears the Cap Cana main checkpoint first, where the guard checks the guest name against the booking list before raising the barrier — nothing is paid there. Past the checkpoint the road runs along the internal boulevard shared by several resorts before reaching the St. Regis turn-in, so the driver does not stop at the first entrance he sees. We register the property name with the checkpoint ahead of time so the guard already expects the vehicle. From PUJ the whole trip is 10 to 15 minutes at the Cap Cana rate — $29 Standard or $69 VIP — with most of that time spent inside Cap Cana rather than on the open highway.

How the pickup works

2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 10–15 minute drive through the Cap Cana main checkpoint and internal boulevard to The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort's main reception.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $29. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
