The group also operates a neighbouring Ocean property in the same area, and the two entrances are close enough that a driver working from a partial name can pick the wrong one — so we take the full resort name from your reservation and register it at the gate. The drive itself is straightforward but long: the coastal road empties out after Macao and there is nothing commercial between resorts, which is why late arrivals here are worth planning rather than improvising. Flight tracking and waiting are included, the price is fixed in writing, and the car is yours alone with no other hotel stops before your lobby.
