Uvero Alto is the one strip where the pickup time genuinely surprises people. We recommend leaving the lobby 3.5 hours before your flight — our own advice from driving this road, not an airline rule. The drive alone is 45 to 60 minutes, and it is the leg most exposed to delay: a single truck on the two-lane stretch, roadworks, or rain can add fifteen minutes with no warning. On top of that you have resort checkout at a property where several hundred guests leave on the same morning wave, then the counter and security at PUJ. Guests who plan a Bávaro-sized buffer here are the ones who end up running. If you are six or more, or on a pre-dawn departure, we will suggest starting even earlier and we say so when we confirm.
