Where Falcon's Resort sits and where we stop

Falcon's Resort by Meliá sits inside the same beachfront complex as the other Meliá properties in Bávaro, and that is the whole reason this page exists: three hotels, one access road, one security post, and reception desks that are not interchangeable. We put the property name on the driver's sheet, so the car passes the barrier and continues to the Falcon's check-in rather than stopping at the first lobby it sees. If you booked a specific room category with its own arrival desk, mention it on WhatsApp and we pass it on. The run from PUJ is the standard Bávaro drive, 20 to 30 minutes, with only the last two or three minutes inside the grounds.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive to the Meliá complex security post, then on to the Falcon's Resort reception.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
