This page is Riu Republica, the adults-only Riu on the Bávaro beach side, at $35 Standard and $79 VIP. The Riu group runs several hotels on the same stretch — Riu Palace Punta Cana, Riu Palace Macao, Riu Bambu and others — which sit on a shared access road and look near-identical from the car at night. Being dropped at the wrong Riu reception is the single most common complaint we hear about this cluster. We take the exact Riu name from your booking and the driver stops at that door. If your reservation is actually at a Riu Palace on the same stretch, the zone and the price do not change — just tell us the name on WhatsApp and we update the sheet. The drive is 20 to 30 minutes from PUJ, direct, with no other passengers in the car.

How the pickup works

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
