Where Grand Palladium sits and where we stop

The Grand Palladium complex in Bávaro is one of the biggest single properties on the strip: several hotels — Punta Cana, Palace, Bávaro and the TRS adults-only side — share one entrance and one internal road network. Once through the gate the car keeps driving, and the wrong reception can be a long walk with luggage in the heat. We ask which Palladium product is on your reservation, register it at the security post and stop at that check-in. The whole run from PUJ is 20 to 30 minutes at $35 Standard or $79 VIP per vehicle for one to six passengers, taxes and tolls included. Larger family groups are normal here; anything from seven to fourteen passengers moves to a van with a fixed surcharge, quoted in writing before the day rather than at the curb.

How the pickup works

1. 1Send your flight number, date and party size on WhatsApp — we confirm the price in writing.
2. 2We track the flight, so a delay or an early landing does not change anything.
3. 3Your driver waits in arrivals with a name sign, just past customs.
4. 4Direct 20–30 minute drive into the Palladium complex and drop-off at your named check-in.

Bigger groups and luggage

Up to six passengers ride in one Standard vehicle at $35. For 7–14 passengers we send a passenger van: +$20 on Standard, +$40 on VIP. Send the luggage count with the booking — golf bags, strollers and car seats are all fine, we just size the vehicle before the day instead of at the curb.
